Cai Zuming, male, Han nationality, born in 1960, native of Zhejiang, holds an EMBA degree. He is the founder and chairman of Zuming Co., Ltd., a member of the Third Branch of the China Democratic Progressive Association (CDPA) in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, a member of the 10th Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a deputy to the 4th Binjiang District People's Congress of Hangzhou, Vice President of the China Soybean Products Professional Committee, Vice President of the Zhejiang CDPA Entrepreneurs Association, an external tutor at the MBA Education Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, and the legal representative of the Zhejiang Green Agricultural Products Association.

        In 1994, Mr. Cai Zuming founded the predecessor of Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd. – Xiaoshan Huayuan Soybean Products Factory – and subsequently registered the "Zuming" trademark, launching the development of Zuming's soybean products industry.
