In 1816, the Cai's Tofu Workshop was founded, and the first tofu workshop was opened in Keqiao, Shaoxing.
In 1994, Xiaoshan Huayuan Bean Products Factory was formally established.
In 1996, Xiaoshan Huayuan Bean Products Factory was renamed Hangzhou Huayuan Bean Products Factory.
In 2000, Hangzhou Huayuan Bean Products Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2008, Yangzhou Zuming Bean Food Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2010, Anji Zuming Bean Food Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2011, Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd. carried out shareholding reform.
In 2016, Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd. was rated as a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization.
In 2017, Zuming Soybean Products Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting of the CAC national standard for "Non-fermented Soybean Products".
In 2018, Zuming launched the "Safe Bean Sprouts" project, and Zuming bean sprouts were officially put into production.
In 2019, Zuming Soybean Products Co., Ltd. was rated as one of the top 50 soybean products in China in 2019.
In 2020, Zuming Bean Products Co., Ltd. was rated as an enterprise with outstanding contribution to the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic market in Zhejiang Province.
In 2021, Zuming Soybean Products Co., Ltd. was listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In 2022, Zuming Soybean Products Co., Ltd. became the official soybean products supplier for the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games.
